Aamir Khans Lagaan Blog

Aamir Khan started a new Blog! "The Lagaan Dvd" is meant for the publicity of the newly launched(it was actually launched in June) DVD of his film Lagaan. Aamir Khan himself was the producer of the Oscar nominated film Lagaan. The Blog was started in June and the first post is on June 17th, which explains about the delay in releasing the DVD. He says it was his inexperience as a producer which caused the delay.


"Hi Guys, this is Aamir. Its been 6 years since LAGAAN released in theatres across the world, and while the DVD has been released all over, in India it has only just come out. Reason? My ignorance as a producer resulted in me signing a contract which restricted me from releasing it for 5 years in India.In a day and age when DVDs release within weeks of the theatrical release do you'll think people will be interested in LAGAAN?"

Shilpa Shetty planning to launch new lifestyle video about Yoga

Silpa Shetty is now planning to launch a new video on lifestyle. The videos are planned to be shot at the backwaters of Kerala, and to be finished in two weeks. It will be directed by Manish Jha . Arghya Lahiri is writing the script and the cinematography will be done by Jamie Sowlds.
The DVD video will consist of Yoga, fitness and lifestyle. It will also contain Ashtanga Yoga, breathing techniques, food management, and guidance to maitain slim waist.
Silpa shetty herself is a Yoga practitioner and she learned it from Yoga Gurus Shiv Kumar Mishra and Vinayak Dixit.

Bipasha Basu Ties up with Jump Games

Jump games, one of the leading mobile gaming company in India signed a world wide contract with Bipasha Basu for two years, to create and distribute games in her name. The first one of the series will come soon in which Bipasha is charecterised as a master ski jet rider. There are two more to come and one will be a sort of Bowling and the other will be the role of a Sci-Fi princess who comes for saving the planet from enemies.

Talking to reporters here, Bipasha said ''This is really novel for me and I am looking forward to a fruitful gaming association with Jump Games. Christiano Ronaldo, the famous Portugese football player, made a big mistake by kissing the Bollywood beauty Bipasha Basu, at the New Wonders of the World after-party at Belem club in Lisbon. The Manchester United's favourite midfielder was mentally disappointed as his girlfriend left him a couple of weeks before.
According to reports, Ronaldo danced close and personal with Bipasha at the New Wonders of the World after party at Belem club in Lisbon. During dinner Cristiano told Bipasha he’s a big fan of Bollywood. But Bipasha didnt beleive that,“I thought he was just trying to be sweet. I told him he didn’t have to say he liked Bollywood films just to please me. But he called his mother, spoke to her in Portuguese. She loves Indian films for their emotional content. That wasn’t the end of it. Cristiano fished out his cellphone and made me hear Tujhse naraaz nahin from Masoom. He said, ‘Now do you believe me?’ "
Anyways Bipasha is the only one who has advantage of this kiss. Bipasha's boyfriend John Abraham didnt respond to the controversy.

Silpa Shetty, the Bollywood Film actress who had been in news for more than a couple of weeks for her performance and eventual win in the UK tv reality show 'Celebrity Big Brother show', also made a sensational news after a month. She was on stage with Richard Gere, the Hollywood actor and AIDS activist, and Sunny Deol, the Bollywood actor at a function held as a part of ongoing Seena Taan Ke conducted by Truckers Corporation of India Foundation. The function was to make the truckers aware about unsafe sexual practices.

The funny part is that Gere seized Silpa n hugged. He started by kissing her hands and the act ended only after a kiss.
